Auditor and Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Auditor and Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Nordex.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and coordinate the global audit program across plants, sites, and projects against plan and on demand.
• Report, communicate, and follow up on identified deviations and improvements.
• Coordinate and support 3rd party audits across Nordex in accordance with audit plan.
• Monitor and analyze top compliance issues, systemic issues, and opportunities.
• Monitor Audit KPIs and reporting.
• Provide coaching in problem-solving (8D) to solve compliance issues across sites.
• Proactively identify and propose improvement opportunities based on findings.
• Provide quality awareness coaching and audit training.
• Provide input to and support the implementation of the Global Audit Strategy.
• Support development and management of the global audit program across all Nordex sites.

Your Profile:

• BA/BS Degree in Quality, Engineering, Business, or equivalent work experience.
• Certified auditor of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or VDA 6.3.
• At least 2-3 years of auditor and quality assurance experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
• Service-minded with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experienced in project/process management.
• Fluent in English (C1).

Salary:$60,000 - $80,000 per year
