About the role:


Are you a proactive, organised, and analytically-driven individual with a passion for optimising customer operations in a dynamic B2B SaaS environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Customer Operations Analyst.


As a Customer Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our organization's success by managing the local implementation and maintenance of systems and tools that drive our customer operations.

You will serve as the bridge between local specificities and global CS operations, ensuring effective communication and collaboration on key topics such as workforce planning, analytics, tooling, and content.


One of the key aspects of this role is your ability to harness data to generate innovative ideas and initiatives that drive efficiencies and enhance the customer experience throughout their lifecycle.

You will also work closely with our Business Operations and Data teams to respond to local needs, make data-driven recommendations, and execute on solutions.

Your strategic and process-driven approach will be instrumental in identifying and implementing solutions to solve operational challenges. With a strong foundation in project management, you'll lead initiatives that streamline our operations and enhance customer satisfaction.


Your Mission:

Strategic Collaboration:

Lead initiatives for streamlined operations and improved customer satisfaction.

Local Issue Resolution:

Bridge local specificities with global CS operations for effective collaboration.

Data-Driven Innovation:

Leverage data for innovative solutions and enhanced customer experiences.

Local Issue Resolution:

Partner with and support all Spain CS teams in these efforts

System and Tool Management:

Oversee the implementation and ongoing maintenance of local systems and tools to ensure optimal operational efficiency.

    Spanish and
    English

B2B SaaS experience:

Possessing a track record of at least 2 years in a B2B SaaS environment, demonstrating a solid understanding of the industry.

Tools It would be great if you also:

have experience with Looker, Intercom, excel
