    Desde el departamento de IT, buscamos un Gerente de Proyectos Técnicos con experiencia de al menos un año para participar en diferentes retos tecnológicos e innovadores.

    Palma de Mallorca, Islas Baleares, España.

    ¿Cuál es tu reto?

    1. Definir y analizar los requerimientos del usuario sobre nuestra plataforma de ventas mayorista de hoteles y traslados.
    2. Realizar los documentos necesarios de especificación de funcionamiento para el equipo de desarrollo.
    3. Coordinación con áreas técnicas de clientes y proveedores, así como con clientes internos del área de Ventas y Producto.
    4. Control de calidad y aceptación en entornos de test de las soluciones implementadas.
    5. Gestión de calidad y planificación de releases mensuales.
    6. Diseño y mejora de procesos, aplicación de modelos de madurez, gestión de calidad.
    7. Brindar soporte y capacitación a los usuarios finales.
    8. Supervisión de soluciones técnicas.
    9. Seguimiento de la evolución del proyecto y reporte al management.
    10. Análisis de problemas identificados.

    Requisitos:

    1. Formación en tecnologías de la información: Ingeniero Técnico o Superior. Grado.
    2. Conocimiento de Metodologías de gestión de proyectos.
    3. Capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas.
    4. Conocimientos de SQL.
    5. Uso de API REST o Sonar con herramientas como Postman.
    6. Experiencia (1-1,5 años) como Project Manager, preferiblemente en el sector turístico hotelero.
    7. Genuino interés por el negocio y la industria.
