    What you'll do

    • Design, improve and deploy sales processes that support revenue growth.
    • Through feedback and data analysis, identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
    • Provide training and coaching to teams to ensure processes are followed and activities performed in effective way.
    • Maintain training and process documentation up-to-date and relevant.
    • As product owner of Configit, our Configure-Price-Quote platform, you will : Define the long-term vision for the application.

    Be responsible for system capabilities roadmap development and prioritization.Be responsible for Key user management and Change governance.

    Maintain guidance and user support documentsDrive Configit adoption and usage qualityCollaborate with IT Delivery team by ensuring proper translation of the product strategy into actionable tasksWork within the scrum teams to execute those requirements and deliver new features and functionalities that improve sales productivity

    Your qualifications

    • Minimum 5 years' experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Support role or similar.
    • Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret data, identify trends and patterns, and make data-driven decisions (Excel, PowerBI and Tableau).
    • Experience in complex business environment, cross-functional teams and stakeholder management across multiple markets and businesses.
    • Able to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales processes.

    Understanding of AGILE and product ownership experience is a plus.
