How to contribute to our vision

MANAGEMENT OF WORK IN ADVANCE.

  • Coordinate prereleases requests
  • Manage the approval process (CEO, CFO, Global sales and global module)
  • Monitor the WIA risk (PO launch; NTP of corresponding project/s achievement; backup projects status; Mitigation actions in case of not getting the NTP)
  • Active follow up of next prereleases to be launched + consequences
  • PROCESS AND TOOL IMPROVEMENT & STANDARDIZATION
  • Support to process & tools implementation and continuous improvement
SCENARIOS PREPARATION, APPROVAL AND MONITORING

  • Scenario initiation. (1) Fix a scenario baseline. Clarify relevant scenario parameters, identify critical boundaries and determine a range of plausible scenario options with associated upsides and downsides. (2) Defines the sequence of decisions that need to be taken.
  • Scenario Analysis. (1) Kickoff meeting; (2) Gather, review, record and finally consolidate the feedback of the analysis from different stakeholders; (3) Agree on decision proposal based on Business case preparation for all scenario options (different choices to meet the scenario baseline) and input from all involved stakeholders (line Functions and Projects)
  • Decision and approval. (1) Prepare the decision proposal; (2) Manage Decision meeting to get scenario approval or scenario rework
  • Hand over and Monitoring. (1) Handover meeting. Handover of the responsibilities for the mitigation actions defined; (2) Monitoring of the implementation plan.
What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.

We are also looking for someone with:

  • 35 years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge in planning and purchasing process
  • English advanced
  • Tools: Excel, Power BI
