Integrated in the Trading area, you will be responsible for managing the post-deal lifecycle of purchase and sale trades to Cepsa Trading's best commercial advantage whilst ensuring that all contractual and group assurance obligations are met, including but exclusively, executing all renewable products blending, proofs of sustainability and mass balance management.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational lifecycle of the sale and purchase agreements

Timely nominate cargoes and prepare/manage documentary instructions and proofs of sustainability.

Prepare and organize logistics, including freight/hire/demurrage collection, vetting and charterers' approval and tanks management.


Monitor liftings, quantity and quality compliance with the agreed terms as ascertain by cargo surveyors, be aware of demurrage implications and investigate outturn losses.

Confirm financial green lights are granted for each deal.


Have a full understanding of contractual agreements as well as our commercial position with respect to third party term contracts.

Ensure that the information related to the ongoing operations is timely and accurately populated in the IT systems.


Update status of the purchase and sale operations to ensure all contractual obligations are met, as well as to anticipate risks.


Ensuring that the front to back process runs smoothly and that valuable data and information is leveraged to maximize commercial value.

Be the SME for operational issues.


Sustainability:

proofs of sustainability (ISCC, Nabisy, etc.) and mass balance management, book-keeping & control, as well as relevant regulatory awareness.


Quality:
renewable products ́ blending capabilities strongly advised.


REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's or Degree in Economics, Commerce, Chemical Engineering, etc. - Valuable Master in Sustainable Management and/or Business Administration

At least 4 years of experience in the oil and gas industry preferably with an integrated major, trader, refinery, or associated servicer (surveyor, storage terminal)

Relevant renewable products operational expertise, including sustainability operational management, would be a plus.

Understanding of all aspects of the physical trade (incoterms, shipping, legal, terminal operations etc.)

ETRM software familiar

Spanish and English high level required, valuable other languages.
