Your role

Do you want to learn all about asset management? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
In the REAL ESTATE
SPAIN
Asset management team, the trainee will:
Support activities for Asset management and acquisitions/dispositions.
Provide support to the colleagues by using internal tools and other softwares (ARGUS);
Carry out research regarding Real Estate market and investment strategy to provide information to the client/Funds and to help the other relationship managers.
Analyse the opportunities, prepare presentations and papers for the committee and calculate returns.

The trainee will acquire knowledge regarding Real Estate.

He/She will acquire skills regarding the management of assets and reporting tools and will develop the ability to elaborate and translate presentations and research for the real estate team.

The trainee will also acquire skills related to logistics and events management. They will take care of the leasing and investment support sending periodic reports and analysis.

Your team

The trainee will support the Spanish real estate team, which is made up of 3 people and is in charge of Asset management and Acquisitions/dispositions for Iberia.

Your expertise

Spanish mother tongue required and excellent level of english.
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Good attitude to team working
Proactive
Fluency in English
Excellent knowledge of Excel
