At this point you might be asking yourself: Gemma, how will be my day to day wearing the blue sweater? I asked that question too.

Participation in the preparation of the Country Performance Analysis pack to be delivered to Group, as well as the performance reporting packs required for Senior Management.
Participate in the preparation of the annual budget/plan and regular forecast process through work with the local Business Partners in order to ensure outputs are robust and completed in a timely manner.
Performing financial analysis on all aspect of business performance in order to support the development and delivery of business strategy.
Analysis of the financial data to identify areas of improvement.
Implementation of automation and improvements in the Planning and Performance Reporting processes.
Preparation and analysis of the new IFRS 17 Planning and Performance Reporting.
Develop a wide knowledge of relevant segments to support the Business Partners and the Head of Reporting and Expenses.

How do you know you fit in? I'll explain:
Don't worry, we are not asking you to save the planet or meet 100% of the requirements.

University degree or equivalent
24 years of experience, with experience in controlling, accounting or external audit
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Flexible and willing to work in a dynamic environment
Ability to take ownership and manage own area of responsibility
Advanced knowledge of excel. Knowledge of tools such as Power Query, Power BI is a plus
Strong communicator and good team player
Good level of English.
