Responsibilities:


Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:


  • Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to fill open positions within designated timelines.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:


  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, priorities, and preferences.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering insights and recommendations to facilitate effective decisionmaking.

Data Management and Reporting:


  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on IT, Sales, Marketing, or Technical roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent in the EMEA region.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, techniques, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a global team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience recruiting for a variety of roles within the technology sector, including software development, product management, sales engineering, and digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with ADP Recruitment Module and ATS systems and other recruitment technologies.
  • Certification in Human Resources or recruitmentrelated certifications.
  • Fluency in multiple languages relevant to the EMEA region.
