    Funciones y responsabilidades:

    • Gestionar y remitir a los clientes de los mercados asignados una oferta de venta a partir de las peticiones de oferta recibidas.
    • Atender los requerimientos de compra de piezas, equipos o herramientas que los clientes de los mercados asignados.
    • Realizar el seguimiento al estado de los pedidos de compra realizados.
    • Recopilar los precios de venta de proveedores de las piezas, equipos y herramientas requeridas para las licitaciones y para los spare part catalogue de los mercados asignados.
    • Verificar existencia de stock sobrante.
    • Identificar a proveedores que puedan suministrar la pieza, equipo o herramienta considerando los requisitos solicitados por cliente, generar "ofertas de compra" y enviarlas a proveedores, cuando aplique.
    • Análizar con criterios económicos y comerciales las ofertas recibidas de los proveedores y seleccionar oferta, cuando aplique.
    • Introducir en ERP el pedido recibido del cliente.
    • Renegociar condiciones de compra con proveedores.
    • Lanzar el "pedido de compra" asociado al "pedido de venta".
    • Solicitar la expedición de piezas compradas.
    • Identificar el plazo en el que cada pedido de compra debe ser procesado por el proveedor y en el que debe llegar al cliente final.
    • Hacer el seguimiento con proveedores para asegurar que se cumplan las fechas de entrega pactadas, y comunicar a los clientes de los mercados asignados los retrasos en la entrega de pedidos por cualquier causa.

    Requisitos deseados:

    • Conocimientos en comercio internacional (importación, exportación, documentación aduanera, etc.).
    • Conocimientos técnicos básicos en interpretación de planos.

    Formación base:

    Grado superior o formación universitaria en especialidad mecánica

    Experiencia:

    • Experiencia contrastada en compras, departamentos comerciales, comercio internacional, aprovisionamiento, expedición y logística.
    • Experiencia contrastada en gestión global de la cadena de suministro.

    Contratación a través de ETT

    Salario:

    2268 €/mes
