    Role Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective deployment of Western Union Money Transfer services and products through business partners.
  • Maintain service quality aligned with strategic objectives and standards.
  • Spearhead the creation of new efficiencies, streamlining end-to-end processes to optimize agents' costs.
  • Oversee implementation of global service delivery projects on a regional scale.
  • Provide product-related communication and support ongoing and upcoming initiatives.
  • Role Requirements

  • Prior experience in operations or related fields requiring project management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and thrive under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management,
  • Prior experience in money transfer products, and digital development is preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
