Somos el Shared Service de las agencias de comunicación del grupo Omnicom en España, en búsqueda de un perfil para dar soporte a la gestión de proveedores de las agencias de publicidad. Si eres una persona trabajadora, organizada, con ganas de formar parte de un equipo en crecimiento, y sin miedo a los cambios, te esperamos.
¿Cuál será tu día a día?
- Contabilización de facturas de proveedor,
- Comprobación pedidos, materiales, etc.
- Gestión buzón de proveedores para resolución conflictos con facturas o pedidos.
- Gestión con agencia para aprobación de facturas o resolución de facturas erróneas.
¿Qué buscamos?
- FP, Grado o licenciatura en ADE, Contabilidad y Finanzas, Economía, Gestión Administrativa o equivalente
- Se valorarán positivamente estudios en gestión de proveedores
- Se valorará positivamente nivel de inglés alto conversación y escrito
- Capacidad de planificación, organización y coordinación
- Profesional habituada/o a trabajar con diferentes proyectos a la vez

- Viernes y verano jornada intensiva
- Sistema híbrido de trabajo (3 días en oficina y 2 desde casa)
