What You'll Do:

Business Development will be the Sales & Talent pipeline driving our business.

What will you do:

  • Identify and contact new prospects, qualify leads, and create new business opportunities for the French Market
  • Build collaborative relationships with your Account Executives where you both strive to win for our business
  • Complete accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in our CRM; Salesforce
  • Develop strong product knowledge and be ready to learn proactively from your colleagues

Who You Are:


  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant working experience working for the French Market
  • BA/BS degree in related field OR proven experience in a similar environment
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a crossfunctional environment
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
  • High motivation, resilience, and ambition to build a career at Criteo
  • Ability to work autonomously, build projects and create value for your team
  • Ability to accept and process change quickly and with a positive attitude
  • Passion for online medias, digital marketing and newest trends
  • Knowledge of the advertising landscape and KPIs is a strong plus
  • Experiences with MS, Salesforce and Outreach are preferables
  • Must be eligible to work in in the EU fulltime without restriction
