The Information & Operational Technology and cybersecurity expert mission is to implement IT and Operational Technology (OT) within SWE-LI cluster in coordance with Air Liquide programs and our Digital Security Framework (set of internal rules).

¿Cómo podrás CONTRIBUIR y CRECER con nosotros?
Her/His mission is mainly located over Spain and Portugal (other travels in France and Italy to expect).

She/He officiates in the 3 essential missions below:
(1) Act as First level of Design Authority for IT and OT matters:

Support the Air Liquide project management entities (I-PMO, Capital projects, CI, E&C) from early projects and MoCs phases up to FAT/SAT
Own the position of Operationnal Technology Protection Coordinator (OPC) as first Design authority for her/his area
Provide expertise over industrial systems, system architectures, WAN/LAN network services, cybersecurity (IEC62443),SLAs and general procurement
Cross coordinate with the Air Liquide Group Digital Security Department (GDSD), Operational Technology Community of Practice (OT CoP) and Air Liquide IT (central and regional teams)
Prepare and pass Air Liquide Operational Technology Architecture Validation (OTAV) commitees (corporate Design Authority)
Maintain and animate the Local OPC community (about 1015 persons) and promote cybersecurity awarness, best practices, basic trainings, manage internal medias content and reports
Support internal & external (ex: customers) cybersecurity audits and penetration test controls
ROEC/SIO for central remote operation and optimization centers (Madrid)
SCADA acquisition system (Osisoft, Trekkor, OPC)
DCS (Yokogawa, Schneider, Emerson, Siemens, etc.)
Truck Loading System (Montrell)
Alarm Management System (Micromedia AlertIT, Ignition)
Operational Technology critical services (OTBox, Secured Remote Access, Backup & Restore, Discovery, Access Management, etc.)

(3) Sustain the Cyber Business Continuity Plan (Cyber-BCP)

Definition and Contiuous improvement of the Cyber BCP critical processes and procedures
Plan in provision of Cybersecurity incidents, engage in response and restoration of our production capacities
Schedule and supervise cyber exercice campaigns (for both SWE-LI cluster and group initiatives)
Integrate and advise Air Liquide LI entity (SP/Pt) crisis team for matters related to Operational Technologies

Business travels to our industrial and office facilities is to expect up to 30% of time in Spain, Portugal, France and Italy (by order of frequency)

Bachelor in Engineering-Industrial with 3-5 years of experience in a OT/IT environment.

CyberSecurity strong knowledge with at least one of the following references : IEC62443, ISA-99, ICS Cybersecurity (301V), ISO/IEC 27001, CISSP (ISC2)

Other experience :
Industrial Control Systems, SCADA (OPC), MES, DCS/SIS, Industrial IT, good understanding of WAN/LAN, Industrial software engineering.

Knowledge and understanding of industrial process in the scope of affiliate's activities;
Risk management culture (safety, tools & methods);
OT general culture & understanding of Industrial Information Systems stakes (OT technical expertise not a prerequisite).
Be able to collect and redirect information / actions to the appropriate responsible.
Project Management skills appreciated.
Good Communication skills and team player.
Fluent in English.
