Work Location:

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday during regular business hours (no weekends or holidays)

As a
Local Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a team of Language Data Analysts, ensuring that both accuracy and output are up to our client's standards and requirements.

The project you will be working on involves the improvement of a major Virtual Assistant through data collection and labeling and you will be a key element in our office.

Job Duties
As a Local Coordinator, you will start off by training in transcription and grading tasks. You need to be very familiar with the guidelines and rules.

Ensuring security and confidentiality requirements are adhered to
Onboarding new Language Data Analysts
Training, monitoring, leading, and managing a group of around 30 or more Language Data Analysts
Communicating progress and output to the client
Updating existing procedures
Identifying ways to efficiently train new and retain existing staff
Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role and assigned by the manager/supervisor
Excellent listening, reading, and speaking skills in English
Ability to lead and manage a large number of people
Ability to work under a lot of pressure
Great organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail
Problemsolving abilities
Excellent time management
Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
Minimum one year of relevant working experience, preferably managing teams
Proactive mindset
