    We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our Fragrance Packaging team. This role requires a strong background in industrial maintenance and leadership experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead a team of 60 technicians in daily preventive and corrective maintenance operations.
    • Manage the top 5 priorities of the plant on a daily basis.
    • Responsible for people management and organization on a weekly basis.
    • Hire and manage personnel, as well as control FTE budget.
    • Develop and manage a mandatory yearly training plan.
    • Conduct daily and weekly DDS of priority lines.
    • Review monthly performance of 100% of packing lines.
    • Own the Fragrances PM DMS pillar.
    • Follow up weekly on PM KPIs (BD + % PM).
    • Manage workshop and spare parts inventory.
    • Oversee machine safety for the Granollers site and lead LOTO efforts.
    • Develop SOPs for new machinery PM plans.
    • Manage assets and oversee Fragrances CAPEX and OVH management accounts.
    • Create the maintenance budget for the fiscal year.
    • Manage production administrators and maintenance CR360.
    • Assist with task forces for priority lines.

    About the Role:

    This is a unique opportunity to join a diverse and international team at Coty, a leading beauty company. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in the Fragrance Packaging department.

    Requirements:

    • Technical degree in industrial engineering or maintenance fields.
    • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in the industrial sector.
    • Leadership experience, including communication and coordination capacity.
    • Analytical thinking and ability to work autonomously.
    • Good command of English and advanced Spanish.
