As a
Fixed Service Platform Engineer you ́ll be in charge of the following responsibilities:

  • Delivery activities of fixed service platforms (AAA Radius, IP manager, and Provisioning platforms (HPSA and PCP)) that support fix services overall access technologies (HFC, FTTH, XDSL, Wholesale)
  • Lifecycle management of fixed service platforms (AAA Radius, IP manager and Provisioning platforms (HPSA and PCP))
  • Capacity management of fixed service platforms to guarantee the best performance to our customers
  • Coordination of implementation for new projects impacted AAA Radius, IP manager and Provisioning platforms (HPSA and PCP)
  • Implementation of new services (i.e. IPv6 dual stack)
  • Support testing activities for new SW upgrades, bug fixing, security patches,etc.
  • Implementation of security policies defined in Vodafone to hardening all fixed service platforms
  • Technical support in service platforms to other engineering teams and operations
  • Analyze requirements (i.e. security patches) for AAA Radius, IP manager and Provisioning platforms (HPSA and PCP)

What do you bring?

  • Telecommunication engineer degree
  • Knowledge of telecoms technologies especially in Service Platforms for Fixed Access Networks (AAA Radius (Cisco), IP manager (HP) and Provisioning platforms (HPSA (HP) and PCP (Cisco)))
  • 4+ years of Experience working in crossengineering teams. Strong capacity for teamwork.
  • Fluent in English, minimum B2.
