    About the Role

    This role contributes to driving sales success through clear value delivery, delivering qualified pipeline contributions through innovative prospecting methods.

    The initial stages of opportunity generation are a key focus, with accountability for developing territory and account strategies to intrigue and captivate target audiences.

    Collaboration is key, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Industry Leadership and BDR Peers to focus, learn, adapt and evolve.

    This role requires cultivating a deep understanding of the target market and utilizing industry leading technology, platforms and colleagues.

    Requirements

    • 1+ year of business development/lead generation/sales experience
    • SaaS or Tech experience advantageous
    • Strong communication skills in English and Norwegian
    • Expertise in connecting and engaging decision-makers across multiple channels
    • Customer-centric with a performance-driven mindset
    • Thirst to learn and challenge yourself
    • Proactive and self-reliant, taking initiative in actions
    • In-depth knowledge of the sales / discovery / qualification process
