We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Business Development Manager to join our sister company.


About the role:


Responsibilities:


  • Generate new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into longterm Partnerships.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
  • Present products to prospective partners.
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
  • Responsible to keep a stream of new Integrations (projects) for our technical development team.
  • Creation of business requirements for new projects/Integrations.
  • Attend trade shows and fairs to meet prospective clients.
  • Identify improvements of our solution based on the client's needs.
  • Keep current with VAS/DCB trends and engage aggregators and mobile operators addressing their business challenges.
  • Communication of the project status while working with various internal
teams/departments, ensuring compliance to programmed objectives.

  • Payments and financial communication with external partners, external follow up.
  • Be direct responsible for the follow up of Key Performance Indicators of our products.
  • Manage Datadriven analysis of performance with strong focus on KPI's like Billing rate, Conversion rate and retention.
  • Seek to improve profitability of our products in different markets by innovating billing strategies, recommended changes to the product, etc.
  • Identify and test opportunities with new channels and manage the technical integration of them.
  • Communication of the project status while working with various internal
teams/departments, regarding the delivery of improvements, new strategies, tests A/B, tracking and measurement ensuring compliance to program objectives.


Requirements:


  • 2+ years of proven experience in Direct Carrier Billing / VAS industry ideally at Carrier level or being directly in touch with Billing providers/aggregators.
  • 2+ years of proven experience as an Account Executive or similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Aptitude for technology.
  • Ability to work with a wide range of partners from end users to Clevel.
  • Advanced/Fluent English.
  • Organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Solid problemsolving skills to face partners objections and various stakeholders.
  • Goaloriented mindset.
  • Work effectively as part of a team and independently with a cando attitude.
  • Proactive person, always thinking about the future and planning.

Would be a plus:


  • Existing contact network of mobile operators & Billing providers/aggregators.
  • Additional languages are a plus: Arabic, French, Spanish etc.
