    Food & Beverage Manager Role: Deliver exceptional service, manage back of house, and lead a team of passionate professionals. We are looking for a leader who can drive guest satisfaction, improve service standards, and control costs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure smooth food & beverage department operations, delivering high-quality guest service.
    • Develop and implement plans to achieve property food & beverage initiatives and hotel targets.
    • Lead and manage the food & beverage team, fostering growth, development, and performance.
    • Prepare and manage the departmental budget, controlling costs and inventory.
    • Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Establish and deliver effective programmes to advance service standards, profitability, and cost control.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in food & beverage service with strong problem-solving capabilities.
    • Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style.
