Role |:


We are looking for a new Junior Account Manager for the Ukio B2B Department to help us boost the company to the next level.

He/her will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long-term key B2B customers by comprehending their requirements and building long-term relationships with them, sometimes managing complex partnerships.

He/her will use data to analyze account performance and coach small to large accounts, being responsible for the relationship with them and using analytical skills to help identify new growth opportunities for Ukio's existing accounts.


Responsibilities |:


  • Build strong client relationships, through regular communication
  • Manage your own B2B pipeline and balance short and longterm priorities including administration of your portfolio to ensure they are set up for success.
  • Gather information on assigned clients
  • Contact clients to understand their requirements and work on a sales plan
  • Provide aftersales support to retain customers, (B2B Loyalty Program and Referral)
  • Ensure prompt and accurate answers to B2B clients' queries
  • Report on the status of accounts
  • Promote new markets/apartments/services to existing customers
  • You will work hand in hand with different teams especially with the sales, revenue, and other teams.
  • You will hold regular meetings through video calls with all your clients to generate engagement and incentivize more bookings.

About you |:


  • Graduated from a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or similar
  • Have a previous first experience/internship in sales
  • Passion for sales, proactive and desire for learning and getting great results
  • You are analytical, organized, and a great multitasker
  • You have a digital profile: you enjoy and adapt easily to new tech tools
  • You are a good communicator and you empathize quickly with people
  • Active listening skills that enable you to get the most out of every interaction with Partners and Colleagues
  • Ability in problemsolving and negotiation
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Hubspot or Salesforce
  • Always ready to learn something new and enthusiastic
  • Fluent in Spanish and English

A third language:
French, German or Italian is a plus

  • Flexible, resilient and content with ambiguity and changes.
  • Confident with working in crossfunctional teams
  • Comfortable performing in a startup environment
