Descripción
Support Local GES/Treasuries needs as well as key coordination role with Corporate Treasury.
Main Responsibilities
Working Capital: analysis of any initiative that maintains/improves CEMEX's WC;
Account Receivables (Factoring, Securitization, Inverse Supplier Finance, LCs)
Account Payables (Supplier Finance and LCs)
Inventories (Inventory Consignment)
Other alternatives that will influence payment or collection terms (with the intervention of a third party)
Asset financing: analysis of requests from different BUs;
Financial and operating lease analysis to advance accounting test (NPV Lease Payments / AV) and study financial ratios as IRR, ROCE, and AV / AR ratio (CAPEX vs. leasing)
Control: CAPEX/lease approvals in line with CAPEX allocation
Review legal documentation
Support Corporate Financing Department: (i) banking relationships and (ii) bilateral financing opportunities
Pension Funds
Support Corporate Strategic Planning (M&A projects)

Qualifications
Academic background: degree in Business Administration (or similar)
Experience: 5+ years in Treasury/Finance departments
Languages: very strong English skills are needed. Very high level (spoken and written)
Computer skills: desktop applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Soft Skills: teamwork and self-motivated
