Role objective:


As a member of ADP's Global Integration Center, in this client facing role, the Integration Consultant supports the Global Solution Designer (GSD) and implements the essential components of ADP's HCM Integration for our MNC clients.

Responsibilities:

General

  • Employ highly developed consultative skills interacting with client
  • Project confidence in ADP's solutions and services whilst setting appropriate client expectations
  • Maintain Global Payroll and HCM Integration knowledge
  • Prioritize and make decisions based on information and input in a timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with Global Solution Designer and other departments impacting project to ensure alignment, drive quality and client satisfaction via projects that are on time and within budget
  • Demonstrate proactive participation in Implementation forums, contribute and participate in knowledge sharing and team development sessions.
  • Support communications on methodology and business process improvements within the Global Integration Center and to partner teams
  • Use SAP and ADP Technologies/tools to implement integrations between HCM systems and SAP ERP.
Product & Process

  • Maintain up to date knowledge of the Products, templates, tools & processes to aid in workshops and implement efficiently
  • Provide feedback on the Products, templates, tools, & processes based on client interactions
Project Activities

  • Lead local design/mapping workshops with client to gather and document detailed information on the requirements, while keep alignment and consistency with global design.
  • Ensure that appropriate local design deliverables are kept up to date (weekly) throughout the project
  • Implement the HCM Integration solution, providing support to client solutions project teams on our integration solutions. We work in a multidisciplinary global team where every discipline provides a piece of the complete integration solution
  • Responsible for configuration, unit testing, endtoend integration testing, data loading and golive cutover, to ensure a successful go live
  • Support implementation payroll project team with the integration decision aspects impacting payroll design
  • Troubleshooting complex integration issues. Provide support for issue resolution, specifically investigation and solution identification
  • Proactively inform pertinent stakeholders (e.g., Global Solution Designer, Project Manager, GIC Leadership) of any potential client escalations, scope variations, task slippages and risks that may arise during the project
  • Actively contribute to after action review/lessons learned on projects to drive continuous improvement and client satisfaction

Qualifications**:


Education and Certifications:


  • Degree or Equivalent in Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree > Required; Graduate Degree > preferred
  • Workday, Oracle, or SAP Integration Certification > a plus

Experience/Skills:


  • Fluency in English (oral and written)
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP PY and good understanding of Integration Technologies and/or ADP Integration Solutions
  • At least 4 years' experience implementing SAP HCM internationally or within global organizations
  • Exceptional communications skills written and verbal.
  • Superior prioritization, analytical, interpersonal and followup skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client interactions
  • Ability to work in a team environment or independently depending upon task
  • Ability and enthusiasm in facilitating virtual meetings involving international parties
  • Comfortable on video presenting to various client audiences
  • Understanding of International culture and ability to work in a multinational environment
  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 10% (domestic or internationally)
  • Handson experience with Workday, Oracle or SFSF Integration > a plus
