The Role: How you'll make an impact at Personio

This position is a 6month fixed term contract.

This position can be based (hybrid) from any of our European offices - Munich, Berlin, London, Dublin, Amsterdam, Madrid or Barcelona.

We are looking for a well organized events specialist to join our marketing team. This person would be responsible for key webinar programs and help us grow the quality, innovation, and creativity of our webinar programs. This person would also support a pilot of in-person events for customers.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

Lead 2 key webinar programs, 1) "What's New with Personio" and 2) Our product growth webinars

Collaborate with teams across PMM, customer marketing, and growth managers to plan and execute on webinars

Manage webinar set up, hosting, and reporting elements to ensure the success and tracking of webinar programs

Act as a coordinator for the webinars

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

Language: We are ideally looking for someone who speaks fluent German and English

Experience: You have 1+ years of experience in marketing, webinar events, or similar.

Impact oriented: You set out with impact in mind, evaluating what you should work on by the impact it will make. And then you measure the impact and iterate where needed.

Data driven: You have previously synthesized results of market insight projects into a deep understanding of the customer and the market and have used that knowledge to support product development and sales and marketing initiatives

Digital dexterity: You have worked with various tools such as Slack, Notion, Click-Up. And if not, you are adept at learning as you go.

Team work: You are energized by building relationships with people from different backgrounds and with different roles and geographical locations. Product Marketers collaborate across the Marketing team and with basically every team at Personio so you will be able to work with a range of disciplines to execute on your work.
