Job Description for Field Service Engineer UPS

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer UPS to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. This individual will be responsible for responding to service calls, performing maintenance and repairs on UPS equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to all assigned service calls in a professional manner while on duty
• Read, understand, and comply with all procedures outlined in the Field Procedure Manual
• Perform all work in a safe manner and adhere to established company safety policy
• Ensure spare parts are properly accounted for using established parts procedures
• Maintain accurate records of customer listings and submit weekly paperwork in a timely and complete manner
• Attend customer meetings as required and serve as a reference point for key customers in case of emergency or troubleshooting

Requirements:

• Secondary school diploma or University degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• Basic Level in English
• Experience in technical service area working in a service or test environment of UPS equipment
• Computer Literate
• Valid Driving License and travel availability
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to effectively plan, organize, and manage time
