The Personal Assistant to General Manager provides comprehensive support in all aspects of administrative and operational functions.


Key Responsabilities:

  • Direct assistance and daily support to the

Global Manager:
handle the daily agenda, arrange meetings, and ensure smooth communication between the Global Manager and other departments.

  • Assist in planning and executing events, meetings, etc...
  • Manage the daily operations of the hotel
  • Support and supervision of all departments
Assist with manage relations with VIP guests and handling special requests to ensure they receive a personalized and exceptional service experience


Qualifications and skills:

  • Demostrated experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Secretary or similar role within the hospitality sector.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the demands of a fastpaced and dynamic hotel environment

Tipo de puesto:
Jornada completa, Contrato indefinido

Sueldo: 2.400,00€-2.600,00€ al mes


Horario:

  • Disponibilidad fin de semana
