The Personal Assistant to General Manager provides comprehensive support in all aspects of administrative and operational functions.Key Responsabilities:
- Direct assistance and daily support to the
Global Manager:
handle the daily agenda, arrange meetings, and ensure smooth communication between the Global Manager and other departments.
- Assist in planning and executing events, meetings, etc...
- Manage the daily operations of the hotel
- Support and supervision of all departments
Qualifications and skills:
- Demostrated experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Secretary or similar role within the hospitality sector.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the demands of a fastpaced and dynamic hotel environment
Tipo de puesto:
Jornada completa, Contrato indefinido
Sueldo: 2.400,00€-2.600,00€ al mes
Horario:
- Disponibilidad fin de semana
