Habilidades
- Proporcionar soporte técnico nivel 1 y nivel 2 a los usuarios internos externo relacionado con hardware software conectividad,
- Gestionar administrar entorno Office365 incluyendo configuración cuentas licencias resolución problemas,
Moniotor implementar mantener servicios Azure Microsoft Entra políticas seguridad configura desplegar dispositivos Intune cumpliendo políticas seguridad organización documentar mantener actualizadas incidencia solicitudes herramienta gestión tickets identificar resolver problemas recurrente proponiendo soluciones largo plazo ,
