Spare parts/Technical Service Back office


PURPOSE
To give service to our customers by providing product and service information, resolving product and service problems. Ensuring that assigned tasks, routines and processes are done on a timely basis


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

SPARE PARTS

  • Prepare customer quotation and following up
  • Handling/order/management internal (Technical department) and external (customers) spare parts orders. Special care to delivery parts on planned time
  • Maintenance and update spare parts data base and updating account information
  • Invoicing of spare parts (weekly basis)
  • Communication and quotation regarding spare parts with local suppliers (internal and external)
  • Communicate spare part claims, following up to ensure resolution
  • Small and medium shipments, related with Technical department like spare parts, blanks, filled cartons for testing

TECHNICAL SERVICES HOURS

  • Prepare customer offers/opportunities
  • CRM support open and close jobs/cases/project
  • Maintenance and update CRM data base and updating account information
  • Invoicing of technical services (weekly basis) based on CRM service support
BACK OFFICE ETS/SUPPORT

  • Collaborate in organization of IT server (ETS support related to IT issues)
  • Checking expenses/extra hours of the ETS team
  • Handling/order personal equipment for the ETS Team
  • Deal with couriers
Support in Customer Service (Mainly related with customer issues)


QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working in Logistics, ideally with SAP.

Language skills:
English, French, Spanish and Italian
