Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal technology stakeholders to oversee ongoing program and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and the creation of effective communication strategies.
• Oversee project deliverables with a detailoriented approach to program management.
• Manage risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for largescale projects.
• Serve as a project manager for specific key projects.
• Partner with the People team to improve visibility on resource status and contribute to the development of a comprehensive resource strategy and engagement initiatives.
• Work with the finance team to manage budget formulation and followup processes, upholding financial discipline and transparency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in project and program management within a technologyfocused environment, preferably in a SaaS context.
• Deep understanding of software development processes and project management principles.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse locations, teams and departments.
• Strong capability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks to meet organizational goals.
• Strategic thinker with excellent problemsolving skills and a focus on operational efficiency.
• Detailoriented with an adaptable approach to meet the dynamic needs of a fastpaced technology company.
• Desired experience in budget management and resource allocation within a technology setting is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Proficiency in project and program management methodologies.
