• Developing an understanding of the precious metals trading industry in order to aid the operation of the firm and improve client experience
• Contacting customers directly and providing live prices for them
• Promoting awareness of the company in Barcelona
• Acting as a point of contact for gold suppliers when required
• Reconciling and reporting cash positions on a monthly basis
• Taking responsibility for and resolving operational issues
• Improve current processes and implement new processes where required
• Occasionally assisting Barcelona Vaults staff during particularly busy periods

• Fluency in Spanish and English is essential proficiency in Catalan also an advantage
• Ability to focus on accuracy and short timelines
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both Spanish and English
• Ability to prioritise in a small team and work under time pressure
• Willing to take on additional responsibility
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• University degree
• Internship/graduate experience in financial sector
• Interest in and understanding of financial markets
