    Opportunity: Channel Manager for Renewable Energy

    Responsibilities:

    • Initiate and manage a regional network of O&M managers and park managers to optimize commercial processes through prescription and ensure project quality by connecting with local professionals.
    • Prospect, manage, and support a network of local installers and prescribers to secure collaboration contracts.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with local partners, enhancing future business opportunities and customer acquisition.
    • Lead the creation and advancement of sales tools, primarily digital.
    • Keep sales tools updated, including CRM, commercial presentations, and case studies.
    • Represent the Sales, Innovation, and Marketing departments in your region.
    • Collaborate in forecasting potential client engagements and actively participate in defining and developing commercial and product strategies.
    • Engage in sales events and professional meetings.

    Profile sought:

    • Advanced commercial or technical education with at least 5 years of B2B experience (B2B2B preferred) in photovoltaics or renewable energy sectors.
    • Experienced in negotiating commercial collaborations and managing long-term relationships.
    • Availability to travel regularly and organize business trips methodically.
    • Motivated to tackle challenges as part of a team and develop skills continuously in an evolving market.
    • Proficiency in digital tools for commercial use (e.g., CRM) and a knack for learning new digital and agile management practices.
    • Fluent in Spanish, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Passionate about renewable energies, especially photovoltaic energy.
