We're currently looking for a Senior Functional Consultant, who will join our client's international team in Medellín, for the implementation of the revolutionary AI talent intelligence solutions used in several projects worldwide.

Based in Canada & Barcelona, and currently expanding to Medellin, they have start-up mentality with a very strong people focus.

Their teams are fully international and work with a hybrid environment (2 home office d/w), and you get to choose your own schedule.

Your principal functions will be:

Drive discovery, demo and design sessions with the customer's Human Resources / Talent Acquisition / Talent Management team to understand their business needs and map them to functional requirements.
Recommend future state workflow, challenge and guide the customer through the implementation of the product.
Be the customer's trusted advisor on business process evolution to drive robust outcomes and operational efficiency
Collaborate with the talented technical team to determine feasibility of requirements and to customize the solution delivered to the customer
Work closely with the Engagement Manager who will drive the project based on agile methodology

Requirements:

What you bring:

Experience working as technology implementation consultant with +3 customers golive under your belt
Couple of years of experience working daily with an HRIS or an ATS
Understanding of HR Processes and HR Data Management in a large organization
Initiative to take on tough tasks with a sense of urgency and engagement
Agility to actively seek new ways to grow and be challenged
Courage to address difficult issues and say what needs to be said
