Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our ecommerce optimization team, you will be responsible for improving the performance of our DTC clients by optimizing their full customer journey from ad click to checkout.

• Audit and identify areas of improvement in customer journeys, focusing on landing pages, product detail pages, cart abandonment rates and checkout completion rates.
• Develop and execute an experiment roadmap (A/B tests, multivariate tests) that prioritizes core ecommerce fundamentals such as page speed, clarity trust offer presentation mobile UX merchandising

This role requires someone who can build strong relationships with creative + performance teams aligning ad-to-site message match through experiments shipping weekly reporting learnings wins/losses next bets estimated impact

• ‣ 2+ years experience as hands-on CRO specialist for ecommerce / DTC “agency or in-house” roles needed.  This includes proven track record delivering incremental revenue growth using experimentation tools like GA4 Shopify analytics Hotjar PostHog VWO Optimizely Convert etc.
