Tasks

Your responsibilities and impact working as a Product Owner People Analytics Team Lead will be:

Leading the Global HR Solutions services team to provide support for the global employee data platforms and improvements
Engaging with senior stakeholders: HR Leadership Team, Functional Leaders, and Business Leaders about improvement requests on employee data systems & processes
Overseeing & controlling the process of employee data creation, maintenance & exchange
Getting appropriate support & sponsorship to manage smoothly the changes in the delivery model with stakeholders & HR teams
Ensuring the team understands the Global HR Solutions delivery model, service level agreement and overall strategy, and the objectives by providing the right level of information, guidance, and support
Proactively managing and supporting global, regional, and local change initiatives, process, and system improvements and harmonizing globally as much as possible
Final approver for all employee data requests (reports) that involve any personal and/or confidential data
Organizing and holding recurrent Global HR Solutions system talks with the HR leadership team and relevant stakeholders to maintain a highquality service mind proactively responding to the business needs
Managing relationships with external system providers and having a proactive benchmarking approach
Identifying, planning & controlling the overall capacity of the team based on daytoday & adhoc activities and longterm projects, ensuring business continuity throughout the year

Requirements:

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

You speak English fluently, any other languages are a plus
You have a degree in Business administration, HR, Finance, IT, or similar
You have experience in project management; leading and guiding from concept to completion or identifying gaps or improvements in existing processes
You have excellent people management skills to lead a team in a fastpaced environment
You have strong systems knowledge in MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) along with proven experience and a high comfort level learning and using HR Systems and other employee data management tools, including curiosity in IT systems
You have excellent personal and communication skills, and have the capacity to ensure the respect of rules, guidelines and procedures
You are meticulous, structured and have very wellorganized work habits
You have strong analytical skills, proactive in identifying issues and opportunities to improve business
You have the ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
