Job Summary:

You will be based in Arganda del Rey, Spain, and report to the Head of HR Country Services.


What you will do:


  • Analyze and support occupational health and safety for the whole site and customers' sites,
  • Provide OHS advice and guidance to managers and employees to ensure compliance with Group OHS policy.
  • Establish and maintaining systems to support the site conformance with the Group OHS procedures and local legislation.
  • Maintain a record of accidents and incidents and monitor completion of follow up actions.
  • Ensure that an OHS training program is in place to cover the significant risks on the site.

We believe you have:


  • Official Master with the 3 specialties: Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology.
  • Qualification according to the Spanish legislation.
  • 3+ years of working experience Ideally 12 months experience of a similar OHS role.
  • Thorough knowledge of health & safety regulations, and local legislation.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in incident investigation, root cause analysis and problem solving.
  • Strong ability to learn, personal drive and interest in developing self.
  • Strong collaborative team player and assertive to drive OHS initiatives.
  • Fluent in English and in Spanish.
  • Portuguese nice to have.
