For our team in Spain or Germany, we are currently looking for an


Trade Marketing Manager:


Responsibilities:


  • Work with the Head of Marketing Europe to lead channel marketing strategy in Europe
  • Embracing collaboration and empowering our local channel partners to provide better solar products and services to their customers
  • Design, build, implement and continuously optimize channel loyalty program
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key channel partners, in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
  • Implement channel marketing activities and campaigns with key partners, as well as set and measure KPIs
  • Create content and tools for channel partners to strengthen their marketing capabilities online and offline
  • Manage training plans for partners' sales and marketing teams and their clients

Requirements:


  • Bachelor degree in relevant field; business or marketing is preferred
  • 5 years of experience with channel or customer loyalty programs in Europe
  • Strong commercial mindset and solid previous experience in influencing channel partners or account/client relationship management
  • Curious and open minded; eager to learn and grow
  • Excellent communicational skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and selfstarter

Languages:


  • Full professional proficiency in English; any additional European language (German, Dutch and/Spanish preferred) is a plus
