The Technical Lead is responsible for the delivery of the solution required developments, configurations, and integrations, through close collaboration with the IT Owners, Business analysts, and PM Teams.

The Technical Lead has the technical knowledge of the solution and should identify potential technological gaps and risks and is also involved on quality assurance.

The Tech Lead acts as a technical leader to a Squad of 5 to 10 Developers working with Agile and DevOps practices to support the Home Business teams.

He or She is also acting on behalf of the Project Manager to ensure that the roadmaps of the different projects are on track with quality and he or she is supporting the Product Owner to prioritize the backlog.

The Team Leader is the delivery referent of the development team.


DIMENSIONS OF THE ROLE:

  • Technical leading of the developments.
  • Designing and Reviewing Solutions or technical designs,
  • Researching and solving complex technical problems involving multiple systems or integrations,
  • Coaching and supporting technically the squad on a daytoday basis according to the defined strategy

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Coaching and supporting the squad on a day to day basis according to the defined strategy and SDLC
  • Break down the solution into manageable task for the developers and configurators
  • Support the IT Owners on a daily basis on their main responsibilities, such as:
  • Pentest & Vulnerability Remediation
- o Code Quality Assurance

  • Promote and deploy Agile rituals within the squad.
  • Responsible for the respect of AXA Partner's Architecture & Security guidelines.
  • Act as a DevOps reference for the entity and support transversally on the CD/CI deployment and DevOps best practices.
He/she coordinates the various technical aspects of the system, and ensures that they interact smoothly and correctly:

  • Work with the Business Analyst to evaluate the technical options and decide the best way to turn the high-level Business requirements into a technical solution
  • Agrees the technical architecture and ensure the architectural integrity is maintained
  • Ensure adherence to standards of best practice (e.g. source code control etc.)
  • Mentor the other technical staff.


He/she focuses team to deliver on time, encourages full team participation, manages detailed time box activities and day-to-day activities, ensures testing and review activities are scheduled and completed.


He/ She also will have the responsibility to:

  • Technical leading of the developments.
  • Improve the quality of unit tests and testing processes.
  • Promoting the technical monitoring of integrations among vendors and partners.
  • Implementation of best DevOps practices.

Your Profile

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ of Azure DevOps and MS Azure Cloud services
  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft.
Net

  • 2+ years of experience in supporting DevOps activities (CI/CD)
  • Thorough knowledge of REST API development and Swagger definition
  • Experience in SQL and Relational Databases and also in nonrelational databases (mongo, cosmos)
  • Experience in Test Driven delivery
  • Good knowledge of the implementation of microservices
  • Experience in Agile Methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Quality code and security concerns is a mandatory quality

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Capacity to work in a matrix environment and changing organization (regional and nondedicated resources)
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Capacity to develop a strong partnership with local businesses and customers
  • Rigor and ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints
  • Active approach, analytical thinking, creativity, accuracy
  • Ability to active listening and communication skills at a very good level
  • Problemsolvingoriented and team player.
  • Ability to work under pressure while managing stakeholders' expectations.
