Responsibilities:

• Support Change Management and Training for the implementation of a Digital Asset Management System (Adobe) to enhance end-user experience and foster better internal and external relationships.
• Analyze and synthesize impact assessments and processes in coordination with program and business teams to create effective training materials.
• Validate training materials with workstream leads and subject matter experts, and participate in train-the-trainer sessions.
• Collaborate with the vendor to develop and deliver Adobe training to internal users, dealers, and staff.
• Work closely with the team and vendor to execute the defined change management and training activities for the successful implementation of the Adobe solution.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Digital Asset Management software, with experience in creating and modifying website content.
• Track record of the ability to develop and deliver training materials for Digital Asset Management/Content Management software deployments, including user guides and course materials.
• Familiarity with Adobe software and its applications.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of synthesizing impact assessments and supporting training development.
• Experienced in providing Digital Asset Management/Content Management training to diverse business units.
• understanding of project management methodologies and project lifecycle phases.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and social collaboration tools.
• Exceptional bilingual communication skills in English and French.
