About The Role:


The Enterprise team is responsible for creating, improving, and automating processes for our Big Companies due to their specific requirements, delivering fast and efficient solutions that help our fast-growing business continue to grow like a rocket.

We are looking for a person who is eager to be part of Cobee and join the new way of saving money.


As a Enterprise Ops Associate, you will analyze and seek operational pain points, improve business processes, and work hand-to-hand with the Product&Tech Teams to develop the client's specifications, as well as with the Customer Success Team to set up the accounts during the onboarding, and strive for operational excellence, both internally and with our customers.


Main challenges:


  • Be part of a significant new Enterprise team dedicated to empowering the efficiency of the processes.
  • Work in multifunctional teams to deliver new solutions and improve the old ones.
  • Be part of the Onboarding team, gathering the most important insights during the kickoff meeting to set up properly the accounts.
  • Lead the special requirements that our clients need, to give them the best experience throughout their Customer Journey.
  • Build tools that free our teams from repetitive and errorprone tasks.
  • Analyze the current processes and look for new solutions and opportunities.
  • You use best practices in continuous integration and delivery.
  • Analyze data and leverage insights to identify operational or organizational opportunities.
  • Build reports and dashboards, and present the results to the management team.
  • Think big and contribute to the strategy for better and smoother processes within Cobee.
  • Get in touch with clients to understand their requirements and give them the best solutions.

You are:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or Business.
  • You love working on a team where you constantly learn, experiment, and iterate quickly.

You have*:


  • A systematic problemsolving approach, coupled with practical communication skills and a sense of drive.
  • Ability to adapt, and focus on the most straightforward, efficient, and reliable solutions.
  • Selfstarter and a high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand.
  • Love technology and processes, and seek new challenges to overcome.
  • Programming skills (SQL, JavaScript, APIs), and knowledge of tools such as Asana, Typeform, Zapier, Make, Notion, Salesforce, etc. is a plus but not mandatory.
  • You're passionate about what you do and embrace diversity and humbleness.
