As a
People Experience Partner at our client company, we expect you to be responsible for the following:

• Full ownership of all People Frameworks (People Business Partnering, Learning and Development, Growth Journey, Hiring Journey, Onboarding and Offboarding)
• Ensuring all employees feel listened to, supported, and motivated
• Attracting, hiring, and retaining top talents all around the world
• Executing recruitment and selection activities in collaboration with HR Team and Hiring Managers
• Exploring AI opportunities for recruitment and selection, making suggestions, and implementing effective ways of attracting top talent
• Participating in the Employer Branding project team as an equal member
• Build relationships and cooperate with all external and internal stakeholders of the recruitment and selection process
• Providing support to the HR Team in Onboarding and Offboarding
• Preparing regular recruitment and selection updates and reports
• Working within the Manatal platform
• Designing and implementing the People Administration Framework
• Proficiently managing company HR software, ensuring smooth operation and data integrity daily.
• Coordinating and executing company events
• Proposing, ordering, organizing, and distributing gifts to employees (new joiners, anniversaries, birthdays).
• Preparing reports with insightful analytics for the People Team
• Participation in People Team projects

Required skills:

• High level of ability to write and speak in Spanish
• High level of ability to write and speak in English
• 2 years of relevant work experience in the independent operational execution of the recruitment and selection process
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in social science
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent communication skills
• Openminded person

Will be considered a plus:

• Experience in iGaming industry
• Previous experience working in the ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
• Experience in working within a multinational environment
