    This role is based in Madrid and requires a proactive professional with extensive experience in corporate event management, channel marketing, and campaign execution.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Corporate Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, including product launches, trade shows, conferences, and internal company events.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align event objectives with business goals.
    • Manage event budgets, logistics, and post-event reporting to ensure maximum ROI.

    Campaigns and Promotions:

    • Design, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns and product promotions tailored to the Iberian market.
    • Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to achieve KPIs and increase product visibility.
    • Work closely with the product and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies.

    Channel Marketing Management:

    • Foster and strengthen relationships with distributors and channel partners through tailored marketing initiatives.
    • Develop co-branded marketing materials, promotions, and campaigns to enhance channel engagement.
    • Conduct training sessions and workshops for partners to ensure alignment with Hikvision's value proposition.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • A master's degree is a plus.
    • Fluent English is essential, and proficiency in Spanish is required.
    • 5–7 years of professional experience in similar marketing roles, preferably within the B2B companies.
    • Proven experience managing corporate events and channel marketing activities.
    • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
