The Business Analystis responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating requirements into functional specifications for the broader Business Intelligence Team.

This rolewill collaborate cross functionally (with a variety of functions and focus areas) toensure business leaders are armed to make informed and timely decisions through the design and implementatoon of visualsolutions.

The Business Analyst is critical in transforming data into actionable insights and theyarekey contributors to the success of projects and initiatives by ensuring that alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements Gathering:Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and documents business requirements, objectives, and goals
Process Analysis:Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies,bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
Feasibility Studies:Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments t evaluate the potential benefits and risks of proposed solutions
Solution Design:Work with crossfunctional teams to design, test,and document functional specifications, user stories, and use cases
Data Analysis& Interpretation:Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insightsand recommendations tosupport datadriven decision making
Reporting:Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders and/or arm stakeholders with access tooperational performance in a timely fashion
Automation:Continuously develop and maintain data automation processes to streamline recurring data tasks and reporting
Documentation:Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, documents,process flow diagrams, best practices, and user manuals
Testing Support:Assis in test panning and execution, including testcase development, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue tracking
Change Management:Support change management activities by helping todevelop communication plans, training materials, and user adoption strategies
Project Management:Participate in project planning, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that project goals and timelines are met
Stakeholder Communication:Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to provide project updates, gather feedback, and address concerns
Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvement, track solutions success, and recommend enhancements or new solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Based in Barcelona but 100% remote|English advanced

5+YearsProven experiencein a Business Analystand/or Sr. Business Analyst role
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology,or a related field;Master's degree is amaterial asset
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, Power BI, MS PowerPoint)
Advancedknowledge of MSOffice, specifically Excel and Powerpoint
Familiarity withdata storage and data extraction tools (e.g., SAP S4 Hana, SAP BYD)
Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation techniques
Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy is a must
Effective communication and collaborationskills with a variety of stakeholders (levels and function)
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Experience with big data technologiesand machine learning is a plus
Exposure to Predictive Analytics is an asset
