    Working closely with REVLON for their HQ in Barcelona, we are looking for a Demand Planning Manager.

    FUNCTIONS Demand lead for Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process/GSOPDesign and maintain the reporting of the demand signal and S&OP Facilitate the business unit local demand reviews to ensure 6 Quarter commercial plan Challenge the assumptions and demand at the business unit demand meetings prior to consolidation Consolidate the demand from the business units within the region Lead the consolidated demand meetings, challenging the assumptions and numbers of the businessunits Present to the senior leadership team UK forecast, highlighting opportunities and risk by brand andmarket, facilitating strategic and tactical decision making Ensuring that European Supply planning, understand the consolidated demand signal.

    Highlightingmajor change and confidence levels.

    Additionally supplying data to ensure usage of the WAPEsafety stock model Manage the process for consolidating IPP, stage-gate, lock-down & post evaluation for NPDforecasts Set forecast accuracy targets and work with business units on levers to achieve Publish and monitor forecast accuracy measures by business unit and region.

    To review best practice processes and techniques and implement them across the region whereappropriate Functional expertise and training to all the demand teams in the market Resolve technical issues with the demand tools used across the market Support development of the demand personnel across the market Lead Regional Demand Planning team including set and review performance objectives, providedevelopment opportunities, coach and motivate, review resourcesRequirements:


    • Bachelors degree (MSc Engineering or similar)
    • Relevant industry experience gained in similar roles, preferably in FMCG
    • Possess prior experience of managing a geographically dispersed team
    • Prior experience of a European role would be desirable but is not essential
    • SAP, Manugistics or APO
    • Excel mastery
    • APICS is a plus
    • English working proficiency required.
