ROLE AND DEPARTMENT
We're looking for a Logistic Internal Flow Engineer to join our Logistics team.

THE ROLE

Your main tasks will be:

Analyze and solve problems using Root Cause Problem Solving methodology, finding, and defining work procedures for all the logistics flows: inbound, outbound, internal flows (manual and automatic -AGVs
- ) Ensure standardization with all the operations personnel. Identify key processes and quick win actions to implement Ensure Quality's KPIs. Follow up the principal indicators of the area and analyze the cause. Identify and make improvement proposals that attack and eliminate the basic causes of deviations, cost, quality, and service. Identify external and internal resources needed to solve anomalies. Be an active part of the process improvements of the module with the objective of getting the better performance of the machines, processes, and human resources. Identify the training needing of the personnel of the area and lead the training execution. Perform permanent visual management of the area. Ensure that procedures involve safe behaviors in operations. Participate in the launch of the new projects.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Engineering degree,
Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar position in the Industrial sector (pharmacy, food, cosmetics, automotive),
English, high-level written and spoken (mandatory),
Advanced user of office tools,
Results-oriented attitude,
Analytical thinking,
Good communication skills.
SAP basic knowledge (nice to have)
