ING International Talent Programme
Just graduated and talented? Join the ING International Talent Programme.


This 2-year talent development programme is part of a global initiative to select recent graduates from around the world with a view to training future leaders.

You will develop core banking skills, personal skills and track specific skills.

One of the pillars of this program is Global learning events.

Each year, you'll meet up with your fellow trainees around the world:
two intense weeks of learning, collaborating and connecting.


The Programme includes:

  • Welcome plan and initial training
  • Collaboration and development on strategic projects
  • Experience in one or several areas at ING España
  • International experience in a country where ING is present, where you will continue to work on your professional development in 6month periods and hone your leadership and management skills

Your key responsibilities:


  • You contribute by listening to the "voice of the customer" in order to develop a strong vision on how to attract consumers and to continuously improve the existing journeys.
  • You help to develop, launch and maintain an attractive product & service value proposition on the market providing the highest customer satisfaction
  • You collaborated to increase efficiency, reduce complexity, bringing the best experience in the moments of truth and pursuing for innovative solutions
  • By Having analytical skills, you comprehend, select and analyze data to gather insights that help the decisionmaking process.
  • You are a proactive thinker.
  • You contribute with the translation of business needs into requirements for the implementation

Elements of your profile required
If you think you will be a right fit for us and would like to become part of the project, here is what we ask from you:

  • Interest in working in the banking industry and learning about different strategies
  • One of the following university degrees: Businessoriented Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Mathematics
  • Has a master degree or you are about to finish it.
  • Good academic record
  • Advanced or bilingual knowledge of both English and Spanish (C1 at a minimum).
  • Up to 2 years of experience
  • Customer focused and resultsoriented person
  • Good digital, analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Great organizational, oral and written communication skills
  • Passionate about innovation, new market trends and future thinker
  • Able to work in an autonomous way, to take initiative and to make things happen with a cando attitude
  • Problem solving mindset
  • Good team player, willing to collaborate with different people
  • Ability to work at an international level

Not essential, but will be valued

The following qualifications will be an advantage:

  • Experience through internships, volunteering, or other extramural activities
  • Master's or postgraduate degree in a financial field
  • Leadership activities
  • Participation in financial forums and communities
