    Under the Store Manager's responsibility, the employee will be required to :

    A business and client developer :
  • Lead relevant business analysis to implement action plans (VM, products, commercial operations, etc.) to achieve revenue and profitability ambitions
  • Communicate high quality feedbacks and reporting to HQ and/or team
  • Attract, recruit, develop clients (ensure a perfect welcoming and full support of the customer journey)
  • Know and monitor business environment including local competition
  • A talent leader and developer :
  • Identify, attract, recruit talents
  • Assess, develop, retain and promote talents (creation development plans for the team)
  • Motivate and challenge the team (morning briefing, regular one to one and feedbacks, coaching, etc.) in coherence with the qualitative and quantitative ambitions of the House
  • Ensure the autonomy of the team to guarantee a business continuity at any time
    A leader :
  • Lead by example (adopt and irreproachable behavior and remain faithful to the brand image)
  • Adaptability and flexibility (work effectively in any situation while accompanying change within the House, learn to manage complexity and deal with objections)
  • Know the company's organization and develop and effective network
  • Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset
    A brand promoter (Clients) :
  • Promote the culture of Kenzo Paris internally and externally (master Kenzo Paris strategy to become a privilege interlocutor, develop relations with business partners – personal shoppers, personal stylists, etc.)
  • Ensure that the standards of the Point of Sales uphold brand image (VM, cleaning, maintenance, etc.)
  • Develop a deep fashion culture and awareness (products, fashion trends and competitors)
  • Able to adapt one's communication to each client profile
    A process manager :
  • Ensure that all the processes follow local regulations (HR, security and safety), Store HandBook, CSR
  • Suggest improvements for current processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • You have at least 3 years' experience in a similar position.
  • You are organized, strctured adn resultats-oriented.
  • You are curious and open-minded.
  • Fluent level in english.
  • You are a team player wuth a strong sense of team spirit.
