- Diseñar, implementar y mantener procesos de ETL eficientes y actualizados
- Diseñar, implementar y mantener sistemas avanzados de extracción y manipulación de datos
- Optimizar la entrega y el rendimiento de datos en la plataforma de datos
- Construir y gestionar conjuntos de datos complejos alineados con objetivos funcionales y técnicos
- Automatizar y mejorar los procesos de CI/CD para soluciones de datos
- Administrar y optimizar infraestructuras de datos en plataformas en la nube Azure y AWS
- Implementar y operar soluciones de observabilidad para mantener la calidad y seguridad de los datos
- Optimizar el almacenamiento de datos y los flujos de procesamiento para incrementar la eficiencia operativa
- Garantizar la disponibilidad continua y la alta capacidad de respuesta de los sistemas de datos
- Diagnosticar y resolver problemas técnicos avanzados en infraestructuras de datos
- Asegurar la entrega de proyectos de datos dentro de los plazos y presupuestos establecidos
- Actuar como representante experto de la organización en entidades de IT del Grupo Volkswagen y otros eventos de relevancia
- Participar como especialista técnico en proyectos dentro de su área de expertise y contribuir a la definición del roadmap tecnológico

El área de Finance & IT, necesita incorporar en su equipo a una persona como Ingeniera de DataOps. Esta, será responsable de optimizar y automatizar los flujos de datos desde su origen hasta la plataforma central, diseñando y operando infraestructuras y procesos para una gestión eficiente. Su objetivo principal será asegurar una integración y operación fluida de datos en todas las capas, garantizando su disponibilidad, seguridad y alto rendimiento.
