Mission:

Must ensure quality assurance and compliance with quality standards throughout the supply chain. Actively contribute to the fulfillment of market requirements in line with the company's strategy and Quality Policy. Collaborate in the definition, implementation, and follow-up of the integrated management system (Quality Management according to ISO 9001 and IPEC-PQG guide, Environmental Management according to ISO 14001, and Safety according to ISO


Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Ensure Quality and Regulatory compliance throughout the supply chain.
• Prepare and support internal and external audits (both customer and supplier's audits).
• Manage the review and signature of all previous documentation related to audits received from customers (CDAs and QAs).
• Actively participate in the management and improvement of the Company's

Quality System:
CAPAs, Change Controls, product registrations, and non-Conformities.

• Write reports of complaints, supplier audits, and internal audits.
• Manage the Document System and ensure that SOPs are correct and up to date.
• Investigate Customer Complaints, Internal nonconformities, and Corrective and Preventive Actions.
• Lead assigned projects managed by the Quality Assurance department.
• Prepare and deliver internal pieces of training necessary to comply with the company's quality procedures and culture.
• Prepare and review user requirements, qualifications, and validations of equipment and processes.
• Review and evaluate changes in technical documentation (datasheets, manufacturing methods, etc.).
• Review critical documentation generated by various departments (manufacturing orders, packaging orders, records, etc.).
• Periodically perform routes by production plant and preparation of action plan for continuous improvement.
• Backup of Quality Management in the release of batches manufactured in Castellar del Vallès.
• Prepare and actively participate in interdepartmental meetings where Quality is involved.
• Manage the sending and analyze the answers to the customer satisfaction questionnaires.

We are looking for an adaptable and flexible person who is a good communicator, analytical and objective, who knows how to work in a team and has a strong orientation to both internal and external customers.

Education and Experience:

Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or similar

Master or Postgraduate Degree related to Quality Assurance for companies in the chemical-pharmaceutical sector.

English - Advanced level

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Technician in the pharma, chemical, cosmetic, and/or food industry.

Quality Audits (customers and suppliers)

Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.

Technical knowledge in the chemical/pharmaceutical/cosmetic/food industry.

Knowledge of GMPs.

Project management experience.

Experience in a multinational environment (ideally)
