What impact you will have


The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a crucial role within the Marketing team and is responsible for evaluating, qualifying, and nurturing leads generated through diverse marketing channels.

The SDR ensures leads align with business criteria, optimizes lead generation growth objectives, and identifies potential clients' needs, showcasing how our solutions meet those needs.

This position involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.


What you'll do

  • Identify, qualify and prioritize key personas from strategic segments.
  • Research, update, and track lead information.
  • Schedule meetings to develop new business and improve conversion rates
  • Optimize the lead qualification processes.
  • Create and develop the strategy for nurturing leads with stakeholders from our team.
  • Optimize and participate in marketing automation workflows.
  • Participate in proposal for sales pitches.
  • Provide insights by analyzing reports (MQLs, SQLs, opportunities, ABM program).
  • Maintain accurate prospect information in Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Ensure CRM health by cleaning up data and eliminating duplicates.

What you'll need

To perform in this job, you'll likely have:

  • A Bachelor ́s Degree in Marketing, Business Development, or related field.
  • More than 2 years of working experience acting as Sales Development Representative or similar position, ideally for a B2B company.
  • Demonstrated experience leading successful Lead QL, GEN & CRM initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM, demonstrable experience on Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Demonstrable experience working with Microsoft 365, and Jira.
  • Native English is required, and good working knowledge of Spanish is preferred (other languages are a plus).
