    El grupo turístico La Siesta Hospitality selecciona un perfil multidisciplinar para el área de Comunicación y Marketing en Mas La Boella, un espacio emblemático de la Costa Dorada que cuenta con un hotel boutique, un restaurante de alta gastronomía y espacios únicos para celebrar bodas y eventos corporativos de primer nivel.

    Buscamos un especialista capaz de gestionar la estrategia de comunicación de la empresa. Se valorarán habilidades de creación de contenido gráfico y audiovisual para redes sociales y otros canales de comunicación.

    Responsabilidades:

    • Estrategia de Comunicación y Marketing: Diseñar, implementar y supervisar el plan anual de marketing en colaboración con el Responsable del Departamento.
    • Realizar seguimiento y control del presupuesto.
    • Gestión de Redes Sociales: Planificación, creación de contenido y moderación de plataformas como Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn y TikTok, entre otras.
    • Ejecución de campañas puntuales de Social Ads para optimizar resultados y mejorar la visibilidad de la marca.
    • Página web: Supervisión y actualización del contenido web a través de Wordpress, en colaboración con programadores externos y especialistas en SEO.
    • Desarrollo de estrategias SEM y seguimiento de analítica para optimizar el rendimiento y la experiencia del usuario.
    • Envío de campañas de Email Marketing de forma puntual.
    • Relaciones Públicas: Gestión de colaboraciones con influencers, prensa y medios de comunicación para promocionar la marca.
    • Creación de Contenidos: Creación de textos publicitarios y materiales de comunicación para apoyar a las distintas áreas y departamentos de la empresa, garantizando la coherencia gráfica según el Manual de Marca.
    • Satisfacción del cliente: Gestión de encuestas y plataformas de satisfacción, respondiendo de manera proactiva para mejorar la experiencia del cliente.
    • Relación con Proveedores: Coordinar y supervisar la creación de material promocional, folletos, carteles y otros soportes visuales en colaboración con diseñadores externos e imprentas si es necesario.

    Requisitos:

    • Experiencia entre 1 y 3 años en departamentos de Marketing o puestos similares.
    • Formación en Publicidad y RRPP / Comunicación Audiovisual / Diseño Gráfico.
    • Se valorará positivamente un posgrado o Máster en Marketing Digital.
    • Nivel nativo de catalán y castellano.
    • Se valorará dominio de software de creación gráfica y vídeo, Wordpress, Google Ads, Social Ads y Google Analytics.
    • Soft skills: Persona organizada, responsable y comprometida.
    • Buena atención y empatía con el cliente.
    • Capacidad de comunicación y resolución de problemas.
    • Buena comunicación oral y escrita.
    • Cumplidor con los timings establecidos.
